Academic Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Accounting designation is preferred.
• Strong financial quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting and performance measurement methodologies.
• Strong computer skills. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
• Able to create formulas and PV table in Excel and use Excel functions.
• Adequate experience in creating financial models and applying financial criteria, such as NPV and IRR, in business case generation.
• Knowledge of Financial ERP, i.e.: Oracle.
• Strong data manipulation and extraction skills
• Strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Time management skills.
Experience Required:
Support the Finance Manager in monitoring, analyzing, tracking and reporting the performance of Strategic Sourcing at the organization and commodity level. Perform detailed financial analysis (business case, savings); participate in compliance audits and overall performance analysis as required.
Job Description:
? Coordinate information collection and reporting with sourcing category managers, finance departments from banners and other departments from Shared Services Finance.
? Create and distribute financial reports showing savings, spend and other organizational measures.
? Provide financial analysis expertise and business case development on Strategic Sourcing projects.
? Conduct regular or as directed audits of sourcing compliance.
