J Squared Staffing ("we") values corporate integrity.

Collection of Personal Information
As a potential candidate, we ask that you provide us with personal
information, including email, address and phone number). We may
also ask you for your job preferences, educational and employment
background, skills, reference information. We may keep on file information
obtained during an interview, educational/test records, and reference
letters.
Candidates employed on a temporary basis with a client must provide
payroll with banking and tax deductions information.
In the event that you wish to update your personal information,
contact us at the address below, or speak with your Staffing Consultant.
If at any time you wish to have access to the personal information
we have on file for you, you may forward us your written request,
and we will provide you with a copy of all records.
Use of Personal Information
J Squared Staffing Solutions Inc. wishes to provide you with the
best job opportunities, based on your qualifications and interests.
Personal information colleted by us is used to best match our clients
and candidates. We may provide clients with information about prospective
employees. We also use personal information to evaluate our business
development and adjust to serve you better.
The personal information we collect is limited to what is necessary
to accomplish the purposes outlined above.
Disclosure of Personal Information
As part of meeting your complete placement needs and as may be
required by law, we may disclose limited personal information to
third parties.
Before releasing your personal information to a client, we will
seek your verbal or written consent. Personal information will be
disclosed only as required for completion of staffing services.
We may disclose personal information to individuals and companies
employed by us, who perform integral business functions, such as
web hosting and legal services.
We may also disclose personal information as is appropriate by
law, and to preserve the rights or property of J Squared Staffing
Solutions Inc., to prevent a criminal act, or to protect the personal
safety of an individual.
Maintenance of Personal Information
Your personal information is retained for the duration of your
placement process, and longer where required by law. Should you
no longer require our services, you may request in writing that
your personal information be destroyed.
